Last weekend in celebration for my wife’s birthday we along with 9 other friends hired Hillview Cottage for 3 nights, set in the grounds of the Glenlivit Distillery.

After a 3 hour drive we had arrived and after unloading the cars and packing away clothes, food and couple of refreshments for the weekend it was time to relax, a few of the group chose this opportunity to use the hot tub.

Then it was back into the cottage for the cake presentation much to the embarrassment of my wife as she dosn’t like being centre of attention.

Next morning after breakfast a couple of us went for a walk around the surrounding area, so camera in hand i was off to see what was going on.

It’s kinda strange how the kid inside you never really goes away -take this lot for example, out for nice walk and they spot a playground so just had to have a go.

Once the playground fun was over it was back to the walk – where i captured some the images below

That evening back at the cottage was to be the most fun i’ve had in very long time, i can honestly say that this group of friends are the craziest people i have ever known and are up for anything for a laugh.
So the plan was to have a bit of fun with a murder mystery game which was sci-fi themed, everyone took their characters and dressed for the part (myself included) – see photos below

You guys are nuts!!!
But i’m looking forward to the next one 🙂
