Well that’s the First Christmas party of the year done – Spent a great weekend in Wetheral with some Friends had a blast and as ever took the opportunity to walk around the local area and take some Photos

The first Image below was Carved Stone bench on the bank of the river Eden called ?Flight of Fancy? by Sculptor Tim Shutter, this was commissioned by the The East Cumbria Countryside Project along with another 9 stone sculptures that could be used as Seats and all are dotted along the length of the River Eden.

Further along the Riverside i came across the waterfall below, Found just behind Corby Castle

Hoping to revisit this area and maybe photograph the other 9 stone Sculptures.
